How The Jammers works
The essentials in one place: how to join, what the line-up means and how to send feedback to the team.
Participation rules
How It Works
- First, check the current gig, the songs that have already been claimed, and the open parts.
- If you see a song where your instrument is available and you want to play it, sign up!
- If you don’t see the song you wanted to perform among the ones already suggested, add it!
- When adding a song, assign the required, optional, and unnecessary roles according to the arrangement.
- If the gig is closed, optional slots can still be taken through the track initiator.
What’s Important to Remember
- You can sign up for only three tracks per gig!
- Sign up only for parts you can actually perform — we’re counting on you!
- If your plans change, free up your spot as early as possible.

What Roles in the Setlist Mean
- Required roles are needed for the song to be performed — without them, it won’t work.
- OPT / optional roles add richness to the sound, but the song can still be played without them.
- Additional flags like Playback simply add context to the song.
Before You Sign Up
- Check the key, playback, initiator’s notes, and the overall setlist lineup.
- If you want to invite someone, use the invite button directly in the relevant cell.
